Title 25 › Chapter 18— INDIAN HEALTH CARE › Subchapter IV— HEALTH SERVICES FOR URBAN INDIANS › § 1660c
The Secretary must use the Branch of Urban Health Programs to award grants or contracts to run Indian alcohol programs that began under NIAAA and were moved to the Service. Funds must keep alcohol prevention and treatment going for urban Indian people and any other goals agreed with the recipient. The Secretary may combine NIAAA alcohol funds with other substance‑abuse funds and must report to Congress every 5 years.
