Title 25 › Chapter 5— PROTECTION OF INDIANS › § 198
The Secretary of the Interior may isolate or quarantine any Indian with tuberculosis, trachoma, or another contagious or infectious disease in a hospital or elsewhere to protect their health or others. He may use needed means to do this, and they must obey his orders.
