Title 25 › Chapter 25— OLD AGE ASSISTANCE CLAIMS SETTLEMENT › § 2306
Makes $2,500,000 available for each fiscal year 1986 and 1987, and whatever extra money is needed in later years to carry out the chapter. Those funds do not expire and stay available until all claims filed under the chapter are resolved. Money to pay for running the program must be provided and spent under the law’s regular appropriation rules.
