The Secretary of the Interior, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, working with the Secretary of Education, must review federal, tribal, State, local, and private programs that give education, family and social services, youth jobs, recreation, cultural, and community support for Indian children and families. They must send the review results to each Indian tribe as soon as possible so tribes can use the information to create or update their Tribal Action Plan.
