Title 25 › Chapter 30— INDIAN LAW ENFORCEMENT REFORM › § 2805
After consulting the U.S. Attorney General, the Secretary can make rules under this chapter for two things. The rules can cover enforcing United States criminal laws and how to review applications for contracts under the Indian Self-Determination Act so parties can perform the work of the Branch of Criminal Investigations.
