Title 25 › Chapter 7A— PROMOTION OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELFARE › § 305a–1
In fiscal year 1997 and thereafter, the Indian Arts and Crafts Board can charge museum admission; charge rent or franchise fees for shops in its museums; sell or license publications, photos, images, and designs; charge for consulting; and accept volunteers to help. All money from these activities must be put into the Board’s special fund set up by law.
