§3745 Authorization of Appropriations

Money can be provided as needed to carry out the work and goals of this chapter. Work required under subchapter II must be paid only with funds made available under this chapter, and whenever possible those activities must be coordinated with work paid from other sources.

(a)There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
(b)The activities required under subchapter II may only be funded from appropriations made pursuant to this chapter. To the greatest extent possible, such activities shall be coordinated with activities funded from other sources.
