Title 25 › Chapter 12— LEASE, SALE, OR SURRENDER OF ALLOTTED OR UNALLOTTED LANDS › § 403a–1
Owners of interests in land on the Tulalip Reservation may go to state court to divide or sell the land under state law. In that case Indian owners count as full owners, the U.S. need not join, and any division or sale ends U.S. title, the federal trust, and federal limits on sale or taxation.
