Title 25 › Chapter 43— NATIVE AMERICAN HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND SELF-DETERMINATION › Subchapter IV— COMPLIANCE, AUDITS, AND REPORTS › § 4164
Each year, every recipient must review the progress it made carrying out the Indian housing plan for the tribes it serves and send a report to the Secretary in a form the Secretary accepts. The report must say how the grant money was used, compare that use to the planned activities in the housing plan, and list the program’s accomplishments. The Secretary will set the deadlines, review the reports, and may give recommendations. The recipient must make the report available to local citizens in time for them to comment before it is sent, and include a summary of any citizen comments.
