Allows the Comptroller General of the United States to audit money transactions by Indian tribes and by anyone who gets grants under this law when those transactions involve the grant funds. Staff from the Government Accountability Office can look at and copy any books, accounts, records, reports, files, papers, or property those tribes or grant recipients use for those transactions, and the Comptroller General sets the rules for the audits.
