Title 25 › Chapter 45— PROTECTION OF INDIANS AND CONSERVATION OF RESOURCES › § 5127
A majority of the people who vote is enough to remove a reservation from the 1934 Act, to adopt or change a constitution and bylaws, or to approve a charter, as long as at least 30% of eligible voters actually cast ballots.
