Title 25 › Chapter 45— PROTECTION OF INDIANS AND CONSERVATION OF RESOURCES › § 5128
Keeps all federal laws and treaty rules that affect a reservation in force if that reservation voted, or might vote, to opt out of the June 18, 1934 Act. The 1934 Act also must not be read to cancel or weaken any treaty-guaranteed rights for tribes that voted to stay under the Act.
