Title 25 › Chapter 45A— OKLAHOMA INDIAN WELFARE › § 5207
Money from the Act of June 18, 1934 (48 Stat. 984) can be used under this chapter, and Oklahoma Indians must get a fair share of funds given after June 26, 1936. Royalties, bonuses, and other money from minerals under lands bought in Oklahoma under this chapter or the 1934 Act must go into the U.S. Treasury and may be spent by the Secretary of the Interior to buy land and make loans to Oklahoma Indians.
