Title 26 › Subtitle Subtitle H— Financing of Presidential Election Campaigns › Chapter 95— PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN FUND › § 9011
If you disagree with a decision the Federal Election Commission makes under the presidential campaign fund rules, you can ask the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to review it. You must file your petition within thirty days of the Commission's action. The Commission, a political party's national committee, or anyone eligible to vote for President can also sue in federal district court to enforce or interpret these rules, even without first going through other remedies. Those cases are heard by a three-judge court, with appeals going straight to the Supreme Court.
