Title 27 › Chapter 6— TRANSPORTATION IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE › § 122
Makes it illegal to send any kind of alcoholic drink (spirits, wine, beer, or other intoxicating liquor) from one U.S. State, Territory, or District—or from a foreign country—into another U.S. State, Territory, or District when the sender intends for it to be received, kept, sold, or used in a way that breaks the laws of the place receiving it. It does not matter how the alcohol is shipped or whether it is in its original package.
