Title 28 › Part V— PROCEDURE › Chapter 121— JURIES; TRIAL BY JURY › § 1876
Civil jury trials in the Court of International Trade must use the jury selection rules in this chapter and the district court’s jury selection plan for the place where the case is tried. When that court holds a jury trial, the district court clerk (or a deputy) handles picking and summoning jurors; juror qualifications are the same as under section 1865(b) for U.S. district courts; each side may challenge jurors under section 1870; and jurors are paid under section 1871.
