The Attorney General must represent and control the Government’s role in court cases under this chapter. The agency and any affected parties can appear and have lawyers, and communities, groups, businesses, or people can join the review. The Attorney General cannot stop the review over an objecting party, and an intervenor may keep the case going on its own.
