Lets the Judicial Conference make model plans to reduce court costs and delays, based on district courts' plans under section 103(c) of the Civil Justice Reform Act of 1990. Each model must include a section 473 compliance report. Federal Judicial Center and Administrative Office directors may advise. Administrative Office Director must send model and report to district courts and Congressional Judiciary Committees.
