Summary
The Women’s Bureau must have an assistant director chosen by the Secretary of Labor. That assistant director must do the jobs the bureau director assigns, and those jobs must be approved by the Secretary of Labor.

There shall be in the Women’s Bureau an assistant director, to be appointed by the Secretary of Labor, who shall perform such duties as shall be prescribed by the director and approved by the Secretary of Labor.
