Title 29 › Chapter 7— LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS › Subchapter II— NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS › § 168
Makes National Labor Relations Board petitions, investigations, elections, and certifications valid even if the Congress of Industrial Organizations did not meet the rules in section 159(f), (g), or (h) before December 22, 1949, or the American Federation of Labor did not meet those rules before November 7, 1947. No one can be held responsible for failing to follow any of those elections or certificates before October 22, 1951, but this does not undo or change final judgments entered earlier under section 160(e) or (f).
