Employers, workers, and their representatives in industries affecting commerce must act to prevent interruptions to commerce from labor disputes. They must try to make and keep agreements on pay, hours, and working conditions with proper notice, promptly meet to settle contract disputes when asked, and join Service-led meetings if needed.
