Title 29 › Chapter 23— WORKER ADJUSTMENT AND RETRAINING NOTIFICATION › § 2107
The Secretary of Labor must make the rules needed to carry out this chapter, and those rules must explain how employers should give required notices. Sending notice to an employee’s most recent address on file or putting the notice in their paycheck counts as acceptable notice.
