Title 29 › Chapter 23— WORKER ADJUSTMENT AND RETRAINING NOTIFICATION › § 2109
Two years after August 4, 1988, the Comptroller General must send a report to four congressional committees. The report must analyze this chapter’s effects on employers (especially small and medium businesses), international competitiveness, and employees, and assess costs and benefits—productivity, unemployment rates, pay, and worker retraining and readjustment.
