Title 29 › Chapter 27— WOMEN IN APPRENTICESHIP AND NONTRADITIONAL OCCUPATIONS › § 2507
Using funds available to the Department of Labor for fiscal years 1994 and 1995, the Secretary of Labor must study women's participation in apprenticeable and nontraditional occupations. The study must look at barriers and ways to overcome them, how well women stay in these jobs and ways to improve retention, whether community groups' technical help works, and other related issues. Not later than 2 years after October 27, 1992, the Secretary must send Congress a report that summarizes the study and includes any recommendations the Secretary finds appropriate.
