Applicable one-stop center — a one-stop site that provides services (like referral, assessment, recruitment, placement) to support Job Corps. Enrollee — someone who applied, was selected, joined the program, and still participates but has not graduated. Former enrollee — someone who joined but left before graduating. Graduate — someone who joined and, through Job Corps, earned a high school diploma or equivalent or completed career/technical training for work or further education. Job Corps — the program described in section 3193. Job Corps center — a center described in section 3197. Operator — an entity chosen under this part to run a Job Corps center. Region — an area defined by the Secretary. Service provider — an entity chosen under this part to provide services to a Job Corps center.
