The Secretary must give regular assessments and counseling to each enrollee to check their school and career-technical training progress. Before graduation, the Secretary must assess enrollees and, based on their abilities, place them in jobs that let them support themselves or help them get more training or program activities, using the one-stop delivery system when possible. The Secretary must check graduates’ progress, try to meet any further needs, and may offer services to former enrollees.
