Union officers must give a copy of each contract between the union and an employer to any employee whose rights are directly affected if that employee asks. If the union is not a local, officers must send copies to each union unit that has affected members. Officers must keep copies at the union’s main office so members or affected employees can look at them. Enforcement follows the law’s enforcement rules.
