Title 29 › Chapter 11— LABOR-MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND DISCLOSURE PROCEDURE › Subchapter VII— MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS › § 527
The Secretary may make agreements with other government agencies to share work and avoid extra costs. He may use the buildings, services, or employees of federal, state, or local agencies if those agencies lawfully agree. Every federal department or agency must help the Secretary and, when the law allows, give him information and access to facilities he asks for. If the Secretary finds evidence that could lead to criminal charges under this chapter or other federal law, he must give it to the Attorney General or the Attorney General’s representative for possible action.
