Summary

Counseling provided under section 452 must be kept completely private. The only exception is if the covered employee agrees, in which case their employing office may be told. Mediation under section 452 must also be kept completely private.

(a)All counseling under section 452 shall be strictly confidential, except that, with the consent of the covered employee, the employing office may be notified.
(b)All mediation under section 452 shall be strictly confidential.
