Title 30 › Chapter 23— GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES › § 1016
Manage public lands and resources for multiple uses. Geothermal leases must, when possible, let other mineral leases, mining claims, and other lawful uses take place on the same land. All activities on the land must avoid unfair interference or danger to one another. Geothermal operations must not unfairly block or endanger other uses, and other leases, permits, or claims must not unfairly block or endanger geothermal operations.
