Title 30 › Chapter 29— OIL AND GAS ROYALTY MANAGEMENT › Subchapter III— GENERAL PROVISIONS › § 1753
The penalties and powers in this chapter are extra and do not cancel or weaken penalties or powers in other laws. They do not reduce the Secretary’s duty to collect money from coal, uranium, and other minerals taken from Federal and Indian lands, and they do not stop the Secretary from making agreements with States or Indian tribes to share royalty work. They do not change the powers or duties of the Interior Department’s Inspector General or the Comptroller General. Nothing here affects land held by the Tennessee Valley Authority.
