§2006 Authorization of Appropriations

Summary

Sets aside money for the Secretary to use to carry out this part of the law. The money stays available until it is all spent. The amounts are $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2006; $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2007; $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2008; $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009; and $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2010.

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this chapter, to remain available until expended—

(1)$15,000,000 for fiscal year 2006;

(2)$20,000,000 for fiscal year 2007;

(3)$30,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;

(4)$40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009; and

(5)$50,000,000 for fiscal year 2010.
