Money is allowed for the Secretary to use to carry out this chapter. The amounts are $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2006, $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2007, $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2008, $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009, and $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2010. These funds remain available until spent.

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this chapter, to remain available until expended—

(1)$15,000,000 for fiscal year 2006;

(2)$20,000,000 for fiscal year 2007;

(3)$30,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;

(4)$40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009; and

(5)$50,000,000 for fiscal year 2010.
