The Secretary of the Treasury must keep the U.S. money held by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter‑American Development Bank, the International Development Association, and the Asian Development Bank valued in gold as their agreements require. Money needed to do this can be provided, and any such funds remain available until they are spent.
