The Treasury Secretary, with the Attorney General, must set up a program to help local law enforcement fight money laundering and other financial crimes. The program must make and track grants, offer training and data and best practices, appoint an administrator, and the Secretary may hire staff or contract with federal or state agencies to carry out the work.
