Each year the Administrator must create and publish a catalog of domestic assistance programs. The catalog, in a format the Administrator chooses, must include all substantive program information that is in the system under section 6102(a) paragraphs (1), (2), (5), (6), and (7), and may include parts or summaries of the information under paragraphs (3) and (4). It must also include material that would help applicants or beneficiaries and a detailed index. When needed, the Administrator must publish supplements and specialized compilations. The Administrator may give free copies to each member of Congress; federal departments, agencies, and instrumentalities; States; general-purpose local governments; federally recognized Indian tribes; government depository libraries; and any depository the Administrator designates.
