Title 33 › Chapter 22— SEA GRANT COLLEGES AND MARINE SCIENCE DEVELOPMENT › Subchapter I— MARINE RESOURCES AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT › § 1106
The President must send Congress a report every two years in January. The report must describe all U.S. agencies’ marine science work and results from the previous fiscal year and say how that work measured up to the Act’s goals. The report must also include any law changes the President thinks are needed or helpful to meet those goals and give a funding estimate for each agency’s marine science activities for the next fiscal year.
