Title 33 › Chapter 26— WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL › Subchapter I— RESEARCH AND RELATED PROGRAMS › § 1271a
The EPA Administrator, working with federal, state, and local officials, can study and test new approaches, technologies, and techniques to clean up contaminated sediments in areas of concern located wholly or partly in the United States. In addition to other money allowed by law, $3,000,000 is authorized for each fiscal year 2004 through 2010 to carry out this work. Those funds stay available until they are spent.
