Title 33 › Chapter 26— WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL › Subchapter V— GENERAL PROVISIONS › § 1375a
EPA must send Congress a report no later than 4 years after October 10, 2000, and every 4 years after that. The report must say if more water-quality rules for pathogens are needed, review federal/state/local efforts to carry out the Act, and recommend better methods for monitoring coastal recreation waters. EPA may combine this report with other reports required under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
