Title 33 › Chapter 26— WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL › Subchapter VI— STATE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL REVOLVING FUNDS › § 1389
By 2 years after November 15, 2021, and at least every 4 years after that, the Administrator must assess capital needs for projects that can get help under section 1383(c) from State water pollution control revolving funds and must report the results to Congress. Up to $5,000,000 is available for the first survey until spent.
