The Secretary must report to Congress on U.S. ports' dredging needs, covering channel depths, ship sizes/types, trade patterns, future waterside needs, and ship-draft comparisons with selected world ports. Up to $2,500,000 is authorized for fiscal years after September 30, 1992, and remains available until spent.
