Title 33 › Chapter 36— WATER RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT › Subchapter V— GENERAL PROVISIONS › § 2293a
No money from any appropriations Act made available before, on, or after June 15, 2006 may be used to stop or limit changing how funds are reprogrammed for a Corps of Engineers project when those funds come from energy and water development appropriations. This rule applies even if the President did not put the project in his budget or OMB does not count it as part of the budget, as long as the project already received money in an energy and water appropriations Act or another appropriations Act that provided such funds.
