When rerouted under the July 27, 1916 act, the Crum River's new channel is navigable. The old channel from the railway line to the Delaware low-water line will be abandoned once the new channel is completed to 4 feet (mean low water), 62‑foot bottom, 100‑foot width, and Government must hold title to the new bed to guarantee permanent public use for navigation and commerce.
