Title 33 › Chapter 42— ESTUARY RESTORATION › § 2907
By September 30, 2008, and every 2 years after that, the Secretary must send Congress a report on the work done under this chapter, after getting advice from the Council. The report must say how many acres of estuary habitat were restored and describe the projects, partners, and which projects were selected, in progress, or finished. It must include monitoring data from the database under section 2906(b) showing progress toward short- and long-term goals, an estimate of how well different restoration methods succeed over time, and reviews of how the information is used, how the database is kept up to date, and how the information is shared with people helping restoration.
