Gives the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) specific funding: $20,500,000 for fiscal year 2023, $22,000,000 for 2024, $24,000,000 for 2025, $26,000,000 for 2026, and $28,000,000 for 2027. It also gives the National Science Foundation (NSF) $20,000,000 for each fiscal year from 2023 through 2027.

(a)NOAA
There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to carry out the purposes of this chapter—
(1)$20,500,000 for fiscal year 2023;
(2)$22,000,000 for fiscal year 2024;
(3)$24,000,000 for fiscal year 2025;
(4)$26,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; and
(5)$28,000,000 for fiscal year 2027.
(b)NSF
There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Science Foundation to carry out the purposes of this chapter, $20,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2023 through 2027.
