§4106 Funding and Additional Authorities

Summary

The Administrator must run the work called for here using money already appropriated or otherwise available to the Administration. The Administrator may make contracts and agreements with U.S. or foreign governments and others; accept donations and unpaid volunteer help even if another law might limit that; take funds from other federal agencies; use the National Oceanographic Partnership Program to accept money, donations, contracts, and grants; transfer funds to organizations under such agreements; and, with consent and as funds allow, use land, services, equipment, staff, and facilities of federal, state, local, tribal, foreign governments, or international organizations, with or without reimbursement.
