Part of Burr Creek in Bridgeport that lies north of a line from Yacht Street (extended) where it meets the west harbor line set by the Secretary of War on 12/9/1924, and running S85°46'17"E to the east harbor line, is not a navigable U.S. water. Any project authorized by Congress for it is abandoned, and Congress may change or repeal this.
