The Attorney General or the Secretary of Health and Human Services must require grantees under programs in this division to report on how well the work paid for by the grants worked. Reports must include how many people were served, how many sought services but were not served, and any other information the official requires. Every two years, that official must send a report on those grant programs and the grantee information to the Committees on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and the Senate.
