When a grantee gets grants for 3 consecutive fiscal years under part A, B, C, D, or E, the Secretary must do an on-site review at least once during those three years. The review will check that the funds are used for their intended purposes, collect extra information for the report required by section 11275, and give information and help so the grantee can improve the funded centers, projects, and activities. Grantees must cooperate with the Secretary’s evaluations and information requests.
