An Inspector General appointed under section 403 or 415 of title 5 may let agency staff help the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children by reviewing inactive case files to make recommendations for new inquiries and by doing similar work. The Inspector General must not allow this help if it would get in the way of their duties under chapter 4 of title 5. No extra money is provided to pay for this help.
