The Administrator must organize and lead coordination and policy work for all Department of Justice programs that fund delinquency prevention, and must prepare an annual comprehensive plan for that coordination. The Administrator must also provide enough staff and other resources to carry out this law. Within 180 days after each fiscal year ends, the Administrator must send a report to the chairman of the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives and the chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate. The report must describe grant activities and accomplishments, explain how grant products and research were shared, summarize actions to develop policy and coordinate federal and interagency efforts on delinquency prevention, and identify successful approaches with recommendations for future work.
